The idea of a favorite dress as decor surprises me and is interesting. Would this look lame in real life or could it be pulled off?

Probably has to do with studying Fashion Design in college, but I've seen it done, and it can work. Especially if you select the dress form as carefully as the dress.(I'd wonder more about pulling off the sheeps head on the wall in the photo!)
Good tip! I'm also wondering if I'm thinking this because I just like that dress. :)
I agree, between the furry chair and sheeps head, there are lots of things going on in that photo.
